This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Neatvia, operated by 420DREAMZ LLC. It covers insulated tumblers, bottles, lids, straws, and drinkware sets sold by this store.
Return Window and Condition
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product condition accepted for return: new only.
- Exchanges are accepted when the replacement item is available.
- Return method: by mail.
Drinkware Return Eligibility
Returned drinkware should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging plus included lids, straws, or accessories. Items with drink residue, odor, scratches from use, missing components, dents from misuse, or signs of washing may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives dented, leaking, missing a lid or straw, or different from the item ordered, contact support@neatvia.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the product, packaging, label, and the visible issue.

- Email support@neatvia.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
- Pack the item securely and include all included components.

Labels and Fees
- Return label: included in the package, free.
- Restocking fee: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
Refund Timing
After the returned item is received, it is inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission; banks or card issuers may need additional posting time.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges depend on current stock for the requested color, capacity, or lid style. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery.
